Ballroom Dance Class and Practice Session
We are pleased to invite you to a series of dance classes where you will be taught the basics of some of the following dance styles: Slow Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Slowfox, Tango, Polka, Slow-Swing, Disco-Swing and Latin dances such as Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba and Jive. These classes will help you get ready for the next Brussels and European Ball season*.
The classes will take place on Sunday evenings starting at 7:00pm, as follows:
18: Protected content Registration formalities for the dance classes.
19: Protected content Ballroom dance class, for beginners and experienced dancers.
20: Protected content Dance practice session.
Enter the main entrance of Protected content and turn right at the reception desk.
This coming Sunday we'll teach and practice standard Ballroom dances like the Waltzes and the Quickstep, as well as Latin dances such as the Rumba, Cha Cha and Samba.
No previous experience is required, beginners are welcome. Come alone or with a partner, we will change partners during the class.
Dance class attendance fee: 10 € to be paid cash on the spot.
Please be informed that on Sunday 5 November Protected content Rumba workshop for intermediate level dancers will also take place in the same building, from 19:00 to 20:00. This Rumba workshop is NOT for beginners. To avoid confusion when you register, please mention that you come for either (a) the Ballroom dance class or (b) the Rumba workshop.
An Annual Fee of 10 € will be payable the first time you attend a Dance Class at Protected content and annually thereafter. The Annual Fee is valid for 12 months and covers administrative costs, SABAM & SIMIM costs (copyright and related rights) and insurance costs. Please note that any accident must be reported within 24 hours. A membership card will be issued to you that gives access to dance sessions and other events organised by the Euro Danse Club . If you lose your card, it will cost 5 € to issue a replacement card.
