Rooting Peace for Body and Mind to Connect with your Inner Self!
It’s a workshop lab for body and mind, which integrates in an organic way, different branches of yoga. You will enjoy a dynamic experience, approaching some master keys and promoting ways to connect with your inner self (Asanas, Pranas, Mantras, Meditation).
You will also experience a moment to play and explore body conscious and mind fluctuations.
I recommend you to use comfortable/sport clothing and to bring a yoga mat, sun protection and a jacket with you. Ideally, you should take food a couple of hours prior to the yoga practice.
Finishing the class, we will enjoy some time to talk, and to share fruits and experiences. So please bring a fruit to share with others.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes earlier, so we have enough time to meet. In case you arrive later on, please just join the yoga practice.
