Dear members of The Hague Spiritual Group,

"And now for something completely different ..."

Self-improvement trough reading and talking is nice but we have to also put those words and knowledge in the movement. We have to learn from our experience too.

If you on a quest of living the life filled with peace and happiness? Is your goal is to improve your wellbeing - physical, mental and spiritual? If you want to live in present moment?

Let's try simple meditation and movements.

When practiced just a few minutes daily it can provide great benefit to your body and mind. It can help in balancing physical, mental and emotional centres as well helping you in reaching your inner peace.

Please bring comfortable cloth, white socks and 2 small cloth / handkerchief.
