Guided Tour Maori Art German Language
Dear members,
November is an especially grey month in Munich, that´s why I would like to undertake an imaginary trip to New Zealand with you.
The Fünf Kontinente Museum is proposing a guided tour through the new temporary exhibition "He Toi Ora".
In the Māori worldview, all art forms embody an enduring relationship between the past and the present: many carvings are considered to be animated and connected to the ancestors. Therefore, the descendants of the original creators or owners should be able to renew this important connection. He Toi Ora means: living art.
I will book the tour for you and after the visit we could comment it sipping a good coffee in a place close by.
