Welcome to our series of Private Dining Events, Episode 4.

Inviting 15 gourmets to a wonderful getaway into delicious nostalgia surrounded by wine and wine bottles...
Come join us for an intimate dining experience where the simplest of details are taken care of in a unique and enjoyable atmosphere with our guests, their talks, and the clinking of their glasses.

A three-course meal prepared 'LIVE' by a traditional Indian family who have lived in Portugal for over 40 years will display their magic of age-old recipes passed down through generations. The address will be provided to participants who have secured their seat.

Starters:
Papad - Lentil based crackers with cumin seeds
Bhajias - Chickpea and rice flour based crispy fried snack with onions and peppers
Samosas - Chicken and spice filled pastry
Sauces to accompany the starters: Tamarind; Yogurt and mint; Mango Pickle and Mango Chutney

Main courses:
Chicken Karahi - Slow cooked chicken and spices
Pork Kofta (meatballs with spices) with spices in coconut milk, cashew nuts and peanut sauce
Banana Karahi - Slow cooked Banana and spices
Mixed vegetable Karahi - Slow cooked chickpea and green bean and spices

Desert:
Bebinca - Goan origin layered cake made with egg yolks, coconut milk and a variety of spices
Monthar - Gramflor fudge cake made with ghee and dry fruits

Drinks - Four glasses of Red or White wine per person
Possibility to purchase your own bottle of wine.
