Expats Only : Japanese Rosé and Orange at “Kakuuchi”
As paradoxical as it may seem to those who have read my posts in a forum ( Protected content ), I dare allow myself to organize an “expats only” small group event.
I kept it very small considering the actual national challenge that Japan is facing, and decided to give priority to expats considering the low rate of expats attendees in my past events.
We will go to a wine shop, where they let you taste some of their recommendations by glass at their small counter with reasonable price. (The system is called “kakuuchi” in Japanese.) The features of the day are Japanese Orange wine and Rosé wine, produced by 2 aspiring wine makers.
The shop is located a bit far from the city center, but they have a good eye for wine selection and run a honest business in my opinion.
Here are the wines they selected for “kakuuchi” this time :
“Passetoutgrains 22 Rosé” (cépages: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, etc.) by “Domaine Tetta” (Okayama-prefecture)
”K18AK_DD” (cépage : Koshu) by “Kyoeido” (Yamanashi-prefecture)
You can taste both by glass for Protected content each.
