Flow Stick

Welcome to FlowStick! a Body-Mind practice that helps you - "Stick" to your health!
FlowStick is a 25-minute practice that combines energizing yet calming simple movements and stretches with a bamboo stick.
With these exercises, you will correct posture and movement that your daily work environment hinders. You will stretch your arms, shoulders, chest, upper back and lower back.
At the end of the practice, you will take a few minutes to become aware of the practice effects and hold a short sharing round.
Afterward, you are all invited to share some food we all bring, chill by the lake, and perhaps enjoy a refreshing swim. It's open end, so feel free to stay as long as you like :-)
