Dear friends,

I would like to invite you to cook a Balinese Roast Duck (Bebek Betutu). The most proper accompaniments would be side dishes of lawar, a sour treatment of green beans and other vegetables, plus a tomato sambal and rice 😊

The ducks cook with coconut milk, some ingredients and some chilies. We will not use too many chilies because most people in Europe don't like it too much. But if you want more spicy, I have a homemade chili paste on the table.

For the dessert we will make agar-agar (vegan jelly pudding) mix with some fruits.

All of us need to work together to prepare and cook this food. The duck needs around 2 hours to prepare and cooking process.

The cost will be shared later on. I have some drinks at home but if you want to bring your own drinks like wine, beer, soda or juice will be great.

I will send you a confirmation message one week before just to make sure you are aware of your registration. In case of you can't join or not sure to come, please release your spot to the person in the waiting list.

That will be very appreciated to not cancel in a short notice because some people are in the waiting list do not jump in the event if you cancel the day before.
