Maybe some of you are still - as I am - living on the food they got over the holidays. But there is no reason to omit the wonderful flavours of vegetabels, herbs and spices.
The idea is to make a four course meal: Starters, intermediate, main course, and desert (a vegetable desert would be an interesting challange :-). There will be two people responsible for each course. Each pair will have to buy the food for their course, which can be prepared in my kitchen. I will provide wine and water.
Upon signing in, please send me a note saying which course you would like to prepare. Each course has to be vegetarian, i.e. free of meat, fish, and the like. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE NOT CERTAIN THAT YOU WILL WANT TO ATTEND!!!
You are welcome to start dropping in from 18h00 to help me set the table and to cook your dish. I have (almost) everything you might need for cooking. Please note that with four courses, we will make SMALL PORTIONS. The purpose is to savour the tastes not to get stuffed.
Aperitiv is served at 19h30 to start the course of delights.
You will need to bring the receipts for all food. At the end of the evening, all costs will be summed up and shared equally.
