Festival of South Asia is organized by Gerrard India Bazaar Business Improvement Area (GIBBIA) with an objective to preserve , promote and celebrate South Asia Culture. It will be a 2-day, full street closure with main stage performances, Visual Arts, Cricket Open House, Performing Arts, street level entertainment such as Bollywood flash mob, dance and drumming workshops, circus buskers, kids activities, arts and cultural exhibits, food and clothing sidewalk sales, and so much more – all set in a festival décor that mixes both the feel of a South Asian bazaar and a night circus.
