1. Fendant (Stephane Remondeulaz), Protected content
Fendant or Chasselas is a wine grape variety grown mainly in Switzerland, France, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, Romania, New Zealand & Croatia. Chasselas is mostly vinified to be a light to medium, dry and fruity white wine.

Light, and dry, with citrussy notes and yet has a long finish.

2. Petite Arvine (Provins, Grand Metral), Protected content
Petite Arvine is a native grape of the Valais region of Switzerland which has been reported back in Protected content . The total Swiss plantations of the variety in Protected content at 154ha.

A nice freshness in mouth, with aromas of flowers, citrus and a long subtitle saline finish.

3. Heida (Provins, Maitre de Chais), Protected content
Heida (Paien, Savagnin or Savagnin Blanc) is mostly grown in the Jura region of France, where it is made into Savagnin wine or the famous vin jaune and vin de paille.

Ample taste, with notes of pear and confit lemon, hint of rose and a floral finish.

4. Humagne Rouge (Stephane Remondeulaz), Protected content
Humagne rouge is an offspring of Cornalin du Valais. It was almost extinct and now cultivated primarily in Valais

Deep taste, red fruits, cherries, with medium tannins

5. Cornalin (Provins, Grand Metral), Protected content
Cornalin is a native grape from the Aosta Region.
Wild berries, cherries with smooth tannins
