Toulouse Japan Business Club and the "collectif toulousain des spécialistes de l'Asie de l'Est" have the pleasure to invite you in the round table " Work effectively with China, Korea, and Japan ", followed by a cocktail on March 20th, Protected content 7 pm.
China, Korea and Japan are the drivers of economic growth in Asia, and the most dynamic region of the world today. More and more french companies aim at this region for their international development, and others already have economic partners there.
When the international projects multiply themselves, we have to admit that a lack of understanding of the cultural differences can be the real barrier: the stake for companies is real. We saw lost contracts, tensions and conflicts which prevent the progress of projects, frustrations and dysfunctions in the everyday life which damage the productivity …
But with good knowledge and good approach, effective and sustainable collaborations are possible.
The aim of the conference is to give to you the keys to approach the affairs in East Asia in an intelligent way and work effectively with the Chinese, the Koreans and the Japanese.

In this first edition of conference east Asia, three specialists who represent, each, one of these three countries suggest approaching three intercultural themes: the hierarchy, the communication and the negotiation by giving concrete examples. We will discuss then in round table to understand better the diversity and the subtlety of the culture of business in east Asia.

The conference and the Round Table will be followed by a small cocktail to continue our exchanges in a friendly frame.
