Is Europe's reservoir running dry?
Switzerland is seen as the reservoir of Europe, as four of the continent's largest rivers have their source in the country. But warmer winters, as a result of climate change, mean less meltwater is produced, and unusually warm temperatures in spring are also melting the snow faster.
Many mountain farmers have run out of water by June and alpine farms are having to be supplied with water by helicopter.
We will watch a documentary (duration 51 minutes) that we can talk about it after.
