Internations Phnom Penh Explorers invites you all to an unforgettable journey to your true self with our guest Teacher ,Stacy Sims from the US on 20th -22nd January Protected content .
For the three-day workshop which will empower you to understand how stress, trauma and life experiences impact both mind and body. Part experiential and participatory, part lecture/demo, participants will gain a broader understanding of the art and science of resilience and healing. True Body Project is known for its trauma-informed, body-based approach to engaging community.
Additionally, those who participate in the entire training will have access to True Body Project curriculum, workbook, and other tools to share with others. This workshop will also allow for a cross-cultural conversation about trauma and healing.
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘀 is a mind/body educator, social practice artist, and author. In Protected content , Sims created the award-winning True Body Project, a movement-based, trauma-informed curriculum for youth and adults.
