Yoga , Meditation & Beach Volleyball @ Corniche Beach
Dear Abu Dhabi SportNations Group Members!
I invite you for a journey into your inner Peace by starting your day with morning Yoga and meditation at the Beach and experience joy and happiness playing Beach Volleyball with other InterNations Members!
First part about 30 minutes will be Yoga with meditation! ( Five Tibetan rites or mostly called " Fountain of Youth").
Health and Happiness are two most sought things in human life. Everybody wants to be healthy and everybody wants to be happy.
Yoga has re-emerged as a popular means of relieving stress and improving our overall wellbeing in today's stressful, distorted, disoriented, chaotic and unhappy lifestyle, people are looking back to scientific and proven ancient philosophy of East for a balance. Yoga, as the Sanskrit world itself denotes (Yoj = to unify) is the unification of body, mind and spirit. Yoga has many physical and mental benefits that create inner peace, harmony and wellness.
Meditation is a special method for familiarizing our mind with positivity, or virtue. The more familiar our mind is with positivity, the calmer and more peaceful it becomes. When our mind is peaceful we are free from stress and mental discomfort, and we experience true happiness.
Second part will be a Beach Volleyball ( any levels are welcome)!
