A COURSE IN FREE DIVING (theory, pool & open water)

WHAT
We are going to do a SSI Level 1 Free diving course! This includes theory, a swimming pool session and an Open Water part. Army medic and Swim Coach Mark will be our instructor and he will cover the aspects of physical and mental fitness as well as equalization and breathing methods, duck dives techniques, fin work and buddy & safety.

WHO:
You don’t need to be athlete or a scuba diver. As long as you are comfortable in the water the instructor and you will be happy :) In the open water we will work in small groups of 4 students with one instructor.
