Enjoy Verbier!–Guided Mountain Walk to a Chalet Fondue with Wine

Let’s kick off the New Year with a New Experience, New Adventure and New Friends! – Join me in Verbier on THURSDAY, 05 JANUARY for a guided mountain walk to a chalet to enjoy a delicious fondue made with local cheese & local wine. – Let yourselves be carried away by the magic of the mountain forest and the sheer joy of this unchallenging hike before arriving at our destination: one of the region’s mountain chalets. – Snugged in the chalet’s warmth, we’ll prepare the fondue together with the rest of the group, and of course. toast each other with a glass of Fendant. KINDLY NOTE: For our safety, the group is limited to 10 people (ONLY 6 SPOTS FOR ALBATROSS MEMBERS)
The mountain walk begins close to the Col des Planches in a landscape that is typical of the region, and takes approx. 2hr 30min. at a nice, gentle pace. We’ll be tracking the diverse, numerous and amazing clues of the «forest dwellers». These tell-tale signs of their presence are fairly easy to spot in winter, and we’ll come across them all along the route.
After our meal we’ll return to Verbier by taxi and arrive about 15:45. – If you wish, we can enjoy a self-tour of the mountain village together before heading home.
