Blue Light meditation
Blue Light Meditation, also known as Third Eye Meditation, has been known down the ages as one of the key methods for awakening one’s potential. The Third eye does not refer to the eye, but to a state where one can see deeper or the ability to see beyond what is. In modern research, scientists agree that the frontal lobe of your brain, where the third eye is located, is the key not only for balance of the body but for life itself. The meditation is divided into three sections and includes silent sitting with the light, samadhi sleep and celebration.
