The state of being paralysed and not knowing what to do is something many of us experience in our everyday life. The stress of existing in this paralysis prevents us from meeting life and leaves us only to be concerned about survival.

Real meditation is to encounter this paralysis so deeply until one wakes up to the clarity of the action one needs to take. In that, a state of wakefulness happens and one is constantly evolving and participating in one's awakening. This meditation will help you explore the action you need to wake up to for your next step to happen.

Pay attention to the movement beyond paralysis, that I will free myself from paralysis. I will be this waking phenomenon, I will delightfully actualise everything that is there as me. Sit in a posture that will help you wake up to action; in a way you are fighting your paralysis, not accepting it.
