Gentle Flow Yoga Class - Hatha Yoga For Beginners
A very soft yet intense 90 min class designed to give special attention to our breath and to observe our body and mind throughout the practice. The breath is used to clear the tensions we hold in the body, it moves the energy in our being thus re-establishing the natural softness. This class is suitable for beginners.
There is no fixed fee for this event, it is run as a donation based class.
