Jazz Singer Saku Mantereen from Montreal plus 9 Musicians
Upon First Impression is the debut album of Montreal-based singer Saku Mantere. It's a collection of jazz songs about the difficulty of being still and staying still; longing, falling in love, togetherness, alienation, and separation. Among the original compositions, there are also rearranged compositions by John Coltrane, Tom Waits, and the prog group Rush. The concert will
feature a nonetti consisting of Finland's leading jazz musicians, led by Jussi Lampela
