Join us for our Healthy Vegan Workshop in Porto at Cozy Yoga Porto.
It's Veganuary and what's a better moment to start a healthy Protected content to learn about plant based/ vegan nutrition.
This 75 min workshop will help you the debunk some of the myths around a vegan diet and plant based nutrition
Can I get enough protein on a vegan diet ?
How can I get calcium without any milk in my diet ?
Will I suffer from iron deficiency (anaemia) when going vegan ?
What's the link between our diet and heart diseases, diabetes type 2 or cancer ?
What can I do to prevent civilisation diseases ?
Does what we eat have any impact on our mental health ?
Do I need to buy expensive plant based meat and dairy products when going vegan ?
During our session we will answer all of these questions so you will be able to make better eating choices.
Healthy Vegan Workshop will also explain how what we eat influence longevity
After the workshop you will gain an understanding of basic nutritional needs, learn to make healthier choices and be able to link what you eat with major civilisation diseases e.g. cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes type 2 , Alzheimer or depression.
All workshop is based on newest medical research and nutritional science
You will also receive working materials and recipes to help you make a first step towards a healthier lifestyle
We will also conduct a Q&A session, where you will have a chance to ask any questions you might have.
