Chinese Dim Sum
Dim sum is a style of Chinese cuisine prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. Dim sum dishes are usually served with tea and together form a full tea brunch. Dim Sum (as described by one of our members) is enjoyed mostly in the southern region of China and can include dishes based on beef, poultry, fish or pork, and there are even vegetarian dishes.
Each dish is served a la carte and can be shared. Order as many or as few as you'd like, and there's no minimum.
I look forward to seeing you at our first Dim Sum of the year.
