Global epidemic. This is how the World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes stress, a disease that affects more than 90% of the world's population. Irritations in traffic, overwork, lack of rest and even lack of a favorable family environment. Several factors can lead to the problem, which, if manifested in high degrees, becomes responsible for an imbalance of the organism and the increase of cases of other pathologies, including fatal ones.
Draft Law Protected content , presented by Representative Mendes Ribeiro Filho (PMDB-RS), establishes the National Awareness Day on Stress, to be celebrated on the third Sunday of November.
The practice of Mindfulness has been a great ally to combat the harmful effects of stress and allow us to relate in a healthier way to our everyday thoughts, emotions, and events.
On this day, we will practice silent practices such as walking, mindfulness movements among other practices of mindfulness meditation.
Bring your mat, mat / mat, or towel to practice sitting.
