Tai Chi Chuan - Let's Practice and Connect With the Universe!
I want to invite you to have an online teaching of Taichichuan - a very common practice in China that help us to breathe better, reduce anxiety and improve energy balance by activating the meridians (channels through which energy passes, representing each organ in the body and consequently improving its function).
"Taichi" has been increasingly widespread worldwide and, because it is done slowly, the practice can be done by any type of person, including the elderly.
Chinese medical staff recommends taichichuan and breathing exercises (chikung) to assist patients in their hospitals.
Our inviteé, André Cespede, will tell us about this milenar art and give us some practices with it.
Graduated in Physical Education, he works in the health area as Personal Trainer, Master in Martial Arts (Kung Fu and Tai chi chuan) and assistance with acupuncture and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine).
