Holistic retreat in Salento

You are all invited to take part to this wonderful holistic retreat that will take place in Salento, close to Gallipoli.
The location where we will attend the holistic activities is a typical Trullo with a big garden and a porch outside.
The subject of the retreat is "Preparing ourselves for the New Era" and with the help of many disciplines such as astrology, reiki, meditation, family constellations, EFT Techniques, Laughter Yoga and cristal therapy, Brunella and I will guide you to reach a better consciousness of yourself and of your points of strenght. You will also have the opportunity to let all your fears and your ballast go forever. We will also go hiking and learn how to meditate while walking.

In the morning (and sometimes in the evening), we will practise all together and in the afternoon you will be free to go to the beach.

Subscriptions before April 15th.
The first subscribers have the possibility to sleep in the trullo. For all the others, we have optioned some rooms in B&B.
