Moreleta Kloof Game Hike & Lunch
Nestled in the foothills of the Moreleta Kloof lies one of Pretoria’s most exquisite gems, the Moreleta Kloof Nature Reserve.
The approximate Protected content reserve is home to various small game species including Springbuck, Zebra, Blesbok, Impala, Duiker, Bushbuck and Ostrich. The birdlife is abundant. Flowing through the reserve is a tributary of the perennial Moreleta Spruit.
Walking routes have been marked out, catering for everyone from the Sunday stroller to avid hikers. The routes vary in length from 1.5 to 3.6 km showcasing all that the reserve has to offer.
After the hike, we will share a good meal together in Rademeyers Restaurant.
Entry is free of charge. Thank you Carl for suggesting this.

At least two litres of water, a strong pair of walking shoes or hiking boots, a hat, light clothes to avoid overheating, sunblock, an energizing snack, and an emergency plastic poncho in the event of showers.
