Midsommar Picknick **CANCELED**

**THE EVENT IS CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER FORECAST**
Dear Nordics and friends of the Nordics,
Let's do it again!
As every year, at the end of June the Scandinavian countries celebrate the longest day of the year. The Swedes call it Midsommar, the Finns Juhannus and it is called Sankt Hans in Denmark and Norway.
The longest day of the year is celebrated outdoor, weather permitting, around bonfire in Denmark and Norway or dancing around the Maypole for the Swedes.
Am afraid we cannot offer bonfires or Maypoles but let us celebrate the Midsummer Eve with a picnic in the English Garden.
Please bring the food and drinks you'd like to consume and if you want to bring something to share, that would be very nice. :)
Bring blankets to sit on and something warm for the late evening.
Should the weather not be in our favor, we'll have to think of a plan B,
We are looking forward to a cozy Midsommar with you all!
Charlotte, Leena Mia and Silvio
