Privacy is generally defined as ‘’where you are or information about you is not observed or disturbed by other people”. But considering the society that we live in, is it as simple as that?

Most people believe that they have a right to privacy but do we?

Depending on the circumstances, privacy can mean different things to different people.

==========================================================================================================

What does privacy mean to you?

Why does privacy matter?

How does one enforce privacy?

Are privacy laws fair?

==========================================================================================================

Please come along and tell your feelings on privacy in the 21st century.

==========================================================================================================

Below are some types of privacy to consider-
1) Personal.
2) Public.
3) Corporate.
4) Institutional.
5) Online.

Most countries consider a breach of someone’s privacy under the four following headers:-
1) Intrusion of solitude.
2) Appropriation of name or likeness.
3) Public disclosure of private facts.
