Reading Party, August Edition!

Book/Reading parties are a new concept where people get together in a place (usually a bookstore or library), each person brings their own book, something they are currently reading, and reads a few pages in silence for about half an hour, and then there is a discussion with other participants about the book that each person is reading.

It is a way of "reading in company," and also a great opportunity to meet new people who share your love of reading, and to discover new and interesting books. This activity is organized by the bookstore and the discussion will be held in Spanish, but the book that you bring along to read can be in any language.

Please arrive on time, or a few minutes before the beginning of the activity, as the spaces are limited. It is free but it is encouraged that you buy a drink or a snack in order to support the bookstore.
