Let's learn some breathing, meditation & muscles relaxation as well as yoga techniques to relieve tension & stress in an outdoor setting, followed by a potluck session at the BBQ pit.
4.45pm : Meet & Greet
5pm : Yoga
5.45pm : Breathing Exercise & Meditation
6.00pm : Muscle Relaxation Exercise
6.15pm : Potluck Session Begins
1. Join the entire program from 4.45pm till 9pm.
2. Join at 5.45pm from Meditation onwards.
3. Join from 6.15pm onwards for makan ( potluck session) only.
What to bring :
1. Yoga mat, a big towel & water bottle if you are joining from
Protected content onwards.
2. Yoga mat or a big towel if you are joining the meditation
3. Some food to share during potluck session.
4. A Relaxed Mind & Body
