International Yoga Day Celebration With Optional Fun Activities
Let us begin our journey to connect with nature and start taking action in healing our Mother Earth! All three sessions are conducted by certified professionals.
9.00AM : Meet & Greet ( Exact meeting point to be advised)
Sesssion 1 :
9.30AM Protected content : Sun Salutations
It actually lasts for 3 hours but I suggest we only do 75 mins.
Through the dynamic asana sequence of Sun Salutations, express gratitude to the Sun for its life-sustaining energy. This singular sequence helps your mind to focus on the movement of your body, improve flexibility, and develop your physical strength and stamina.
10.45AM : Brunch ( at your own expense ) Thereafter, you may continue or disperse...your choice
Session 2 :
12:45pm – 1.15pm : Meditation & Mindfulness : ( Optional )
Learn the art of quieting your mind and soothing your physical body.
1.15pm - 2.00pm : photo taking at the park, relax & continue or disperse...your choice
Sesstion 3 :
2:00pm – 3:30pm : Partner Yoga ( Optional )
Learn the importance of teamwork and challenge yourself physically and emotionally.
WHAT TO BRING :
A Relaxed Body & Mind
NOTE : No solid food at least 3 hours before yoga practice.
