Yoga Flow (Dynamic/ Vinyasa Yoga) for Body Flexibilty
Let's show up for a 60 mins yoga to improve our body flexibility & strength facing the Kallang River. This combination of intensity, calm, working out, stretching as well as sweating is a perfect yoga practice and one of my favourites. :-) Thereafter, we may grab some healthy bites from Kallang Wave Mall ( or you may bring your own ) and have them as breakfast by the river ... :-)

Note : The yoga instructor is virtual whereby I will amplify his instructions via a portable speaker. Hence, attentive listening is required, although I may be viewed as a demonstrator during the session. ( as I practise this video class almost every other day :-) )
Things to bring :
1. Yoga mat
3. A bottle of water
4. Insect repellent ( optional )
*** This session is not for complete beginners. :-)
*** No solid food at least 3 hours before practice.
