Vinyasa Yoga Flow For Body Flexibility

Let's show up for this 60 mins Vinyasa Flow joyful practice with a mixture of Indian & western music.
The yoga instructor is virtual whereby I will amplify her instructions via a portable speaker. Hence, attentive listening is required, although I may be viewed as a demonstrator during the session. Thereafter, you may wish to proceed to Kallang Wave Mall for breakfast. ( optional : Protected content
What to bring :
1. Yoga mat
2. Bottle of water
3. Towel
4. Insect repellent ( optional)
Note : This practice is not for complete beginners.
Protected content solid food at least 3 hours before practice.
