Yoga Flow for Beginners
This 50 mins yoga session emphasizes the importance of the breath and guides you to connect this to movements. It is perfect for students brand new to yoga or more experienced practitioners wanting a slow flow.
Thereafter you may wish to proceed to Kallang Wave Mall for your breakfast and for those who would like to continue a more challenging practice with me, there is another 30 mins of Power Yoga to sweat it out ( optional ) ... :-)
7.30am : Meetup at Stadium MRT ( Exit A )
7.35am : Yoga Flow starts ( for beginners )
8.35am : Yoga Flow for beginners ends
8.45am : Breakfast at Kallang Wave Mall or Home Sweet Home
8.45am : Power Yoga ( not for beginners )
9.15am : Breakfast at Kallang Wave Mall or Home Sweet Home
The yoga instructor is virtual whereby I will amplify his instructions via a portable speaker. Hence, attentive listening is required, although I may be viewed as a demonstrator during the session.
What to bring :
1. Yoga mat
2. Bottle of water
4. Yoga block(s) ( esp. for beginners )
5. Insect repellent ( optional)
NOTE : No solid food at least 3 hours before practice.
