Cooking class with Chef Sandrine & Wine Pairing

This time a wine host will be Mrs. Mila Pape, brand ambassador of Vantisquero winery.
Next Tuesday join us for an exciting Meditarrenian cuisine cooking class and enjoy the dishes paired with Ventisquero wines.
All recipes are carefully prepared by a professional chef Sandrine who would be happy to share some tips with you!

A Provençal native, Sandrine Delabrière, was born and raised in Marseille, France and has been cooking from a young age. Having learned recipes that were passed down from several generations, she was inspired to create her own recipes. Paired with her extensive travels through Italy, Spain, North Africa, and the Middle East, her love for Mediterranean cuisine has only been enhanced. It’s a cuisine that ranges in creativity, generosity, rich fragrances and flavors.

Ventisquero was established in the late Protected content by Gonzalo Vial and has quickly established the reputation as one of Chile's top producers. Their winemaking team includes the legendary John Duval, who made Penfolds Grange for 16 years.
