Who is Frédéric Barbier ?
Frédéric is 46 years old and he's from Burgundy

He create 5 restaurants in Dijon.

One of them get 2 Forks by the Michelin Guide in Protected content

Today, Frédéric is working also as consultant for the famous 3 stars Michelin restaurant Bernard Loiseau and La Meuloise.

He's working also in China for hotel and catering school in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
