Open Days in the Graves Vineyards - Portets Edition
Like last year, let's take the train to the Graves region for the "Journées Portes Ouvertes"! This year, the destination is Portets, a small town on the banks of the Garonne with several wine estates.
The program in a nutshell:
- Meet at Bordeaux Saint-Jean station to catch the 9:49 a.m. train to Portets.
- Visit 3 to 4 "châteaux", including Vieux Château Gaubert, Château Close Lamothe, and the magnificent Château de L'Hospital and Château de Portets.
- Picnic lunch (food trucks will also be available on site).
To get from one château to the next, we'll go on foot. All in all, we'll be walking around 4 km all day long.
