Let's Learn Walking Zen Meditation
Walking zen meditation (kinhin in Japanese) is a simple technique to relax, calm down and reconnect with yourself and everything around you.
And it's easy to learn: in fact you already know how to do it but modern life has made you forget.
Now it's time to re-learn!
For this event, we'll meet in at Izvor Metro station, the entrance thas has a Megapan next to it (where you can have something to eat before or after the walking if you're in a hurry). Then we'll go into Park Izvor and I'll give some simple instructions. Then we'll walk in silence, with smartphones turned off (or at least set to silent mode) and do the walking meditation together. This will take maybe Protected content .
Afterwards, we can have a chat about the experience or about zen/meditation in general. Or about anything that comes to mind, of course. But if someone is curious about zen, I'm happy to answer any questions since I have some experience. I've been practising for a long time and been to many silent retreats. So I may have an answer or two. Or not.
But enough talking. See you there!
