Turkish Cuisin is a kind of Silk Road Map. One finds so many similarities from Asia to Balkan's countries, including the Middle East. During the reigns of Turkish Dynasties, such as Selcuks and Ottomans and others before them, The Turkish Cuisin became a melting point of many cultures on the Silk Road from Middle Asia to Anatolia and ended up as a really unique and delicious food culture. Turks also influenced other cultures, as well as, were influenced on their journey. And it still continues its journey worldwide. 🍻
