YOGA for Runners Workshop
This workshop was prearranged thinking about the usual runners’ needs.
This is for you if you:
- are one of those who think that running affects your joints due to the impact on the ankles and knees.
- you seek to strengthen joints, ligaments and improve your resistance.
- you want to create body awareness according to your body type.
- you want to know stretching and relaxation if you have a formal career training.
Running and yoga go hand in hand, you need your mind focused to look for those postures you need to run according to your body type.
It is not necessary to have previous knowledge of Yoga.
