Sunday Workout Autumn Edition
Hi everyone :-)!
autumn is here, which means that there are still some awesome days remaining for outdoor training. This Sunday seems to be nice and I'd like to motivate you leaving your indoor coziness for some hours and do some workout together :-). As always we'll focus on a H.I.I.T training routine (High Intensity Interval Training), suitable for newcomers as well as experienced workouters.
