Fitness Boxing Outdoor for Men and Women

It is an outdoor fitness training in the park, based on boxing movements and techniques. It suits both women and men of all ages. Excellent for fitness!
For those who are interested to train and learn boxing without contact - it is possible too. If you are interested to maintain a light contact, please bring your boxing gloves and mouth guard protection. Obviously it is an informal training and I carry no responsibility for any damage that may be caused in the course of the training or with relation to it.
We had these training with friends a few times and it was a great fun!
