Jon Unal is an experienced mindfulness trainer, mindset & performance coach and psychotherapist. He has successfully developed and implemented a wide range of mindfulness and corporate wellness programs for some of the leading Australian organisations.

He began practicing mindfulness in Protected content . Since Protected content , he has coached and trained hundreds of individuals and teams, supporting leaders and executives develop greater self-awareness, wellbeing, high performance and resilience. Jon’s core skills include working with leaders and teams in fast paced environments through group facilitation and one-to-one coaching.
