Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Online with Caroline - Twice this week
During this confinement period and sanitary crisis, it is more than ever important to try and remain healthy, physically and mentally by reducing stress and anxiety.
As a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, Caroline wishes to lead you into self-awareness, body energy buildup and circulation through your chakras,
and inner peace of mind.
This week, 2 possible Yoga Classes with Caroline:
- Wednesday April 1st at 12am (in French)
- Friday April 3rd at 12am (in English, especially for InterNations).

Caroline's style of yoga is a combination of Hatha yoga – where the postures are held for a certain time -, Vinyasa yoga – where the postures are sequenced in a flow
and more dynamic way.
