Vinyasa Yoga for Immunity - Online With Charlotte (in French)

Yoga helps lower stress hormones that compromise the immune system, while also conditioning the lungs and respiratory tract, stimulating the lymphatic system to oust toxins from the body, and bringing oxygenated blood to the various organs to ensure their optimal function.
This Vinyasa Yoga class with Charlotte will be particularly axed on "immunity" asanas, such as dynamic exercises for stretching the body, rolling the body, twists and other simple exercises to warm the muscles, loosen the joints and stimulate circulation.
