Hypnosis Workshop with Rabah Monset _ ONLINE
Dear all, this activity will be in French.
Nous organisons un après midi en petit comité pour découvrir ou approfondir l'hypnose de groupe avec Rabah Monset, qui pratique l'hypnose en tant que thérapeute depuis 5 ans.

La session débutera par une présentation pédagogique de l’état d’hypnose. Ensuite, à l’aide de deux volontaires, nous procèderons à deux démonstrations d’accompagnement sur des problématiques émotionnelles (confiance en soi, addiction, …) que les volontaires souhaitent adresser. La session se terminera par une hypnose de groupe qui permettra à tous les participants de vivre cet état modifié de conscience.
