Codin Caragea and Francis Goh are both the Board of Directors of The Customer Institute, and will be in Singapore as part of the launch in Asia! The Customer Institute is an independent not for profit organization. Experts, practitioners, authors, and educators from the field of customer centricity make up our Board of Directors as well as the much larger group of contributors to our research and tool development. The CI global presence provides for a non-biased view of customer centricity and excellence in customer experience. They incorporate the latest in best practices from around the globe in their certification programs and tool recommendations.
This will be a quarterly event where they have special features on successful CX experts in the industries to share their stories. On the 25th July, we will feature Richard Mayne, Country Manager of the very successful retail chain, Spotlight.
Come and share an evening with us as Codin, Richard and Francis will share their stories on how some organizations have propelled their business through customer engagement.
