Her exceptional vocal technique and timbre allow Anna Netrebko to express the most colourful of nuances. Little wonder that the Russian soprano appears on the bill at the greatest opera houses. For her performance at BOZAR, she has delved into the works of composers such as Rachmaninov, Strauss and Debussy, and chosen several arias and duets from her favourite Tchaikovsky and Offenbach operas, among them the dazzling Barcarolle. She is joined by master accompanist Malcolm Martineau on piano.
