Col Des Perris Blancs

We start at Javerne, above Les Plans-sur-Bex. The first half is a loop: We climb to Croix de Javerne, where we can see the Dents du Midi across the Valais. The we pass by the Cabane de la Tourche. The last portion is up and down the same path, reaching the Col and seeing the impressive sequence of Dent de Morcles, Dent Favre, Petit Muverin and Grand Muverin across the magnificent Valon de Nant. The panorama is amazing.

A beautiful hike of about 980m altitude gain.

Summit altitude: Protected content
Duration: 4 to 5 hours, including a picnic stop at the top.
Easy to medium difficulty most of the time. The last few hundred meters will be a bit steeper, but not technically difficult, with the look and feel of a high mountain hike. One can stop at the Cabane de la Tourche and wait for the return of those going to the Col (but it would be a pity).

🌏 TRANSPORT
🚙 Car: Javerne is a minuscule group of chalets. We need to drive there, it's above Bex.
